Contract for Legal Services with Women`s Legal Service Cairns

This contract (hereinafter “Contract”) is entered into by and between Women`s Legal Service Cairns (hereinafter “WLS”), and the party seeking legal services (hereinafter “Client”).

1. Scope Services WLS agrees to provide legal representation and assistance to the Client in matters related to family law, domestic violence, and other legal issues affecting women in Cairns.
2. Responsibilities WLS WLS will assign qualified legal professionals to handle the Client`s case, provide legal advice, gather evidence, and represent the Client in court proceedings if necessary.
3. Responsibilities Client The Client must fully disclose all relevant information to WLS, cooperate with WLS in gathering evidence, attend all scheduled meetings and court appearances, and adhere to legal advice provided by WLS.
4. Payment The Client agrees to pay WLS for legal services rendered at the rates agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of an invoice from WLS.
